Shipping policy

At Three Sisters Organics, we are dedicated to delivering your organic and natural products to you quickly and efficiently. Please take a moment to familiarize yourself with our shipping policy.

Processing Time

• We aim to process and ship your order within 24-48 hours (1-2 business days) of receiving it.
• Orders placed after 2 PM IST will be shipped the next business day.
• Please note that we do not ship orders on Sundays and Public Holidays.

Shipping Timeframes & Costs

• Domestic Orders:
  • Standard Delivery: 3-5 business days.
    
  • Same or Next Day Delivery for Delhi NCR
  • Shipping cost: ₹100 for orders below ₹999, Free Shipping for orders above  ₹ 1,000
    
  • Cash on Delivery (CoD): ₹150 for CoD orders
• International Orders:
  • Delivery Time: Up to 10 business days.
  • Shipping cost: 
    • ₹3,000 for all International Orders for orders below ₹10,000
      
    • ₹ 6,000 for all International Orders above ₹10,000

Order Tracking

• Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive an email notification with your tracking number and the name of the courier company.
• You can track the status of your package on the courier company's website.

Shipping Address

• Please ensure your shipping address is accurate and complete. We are not responsible for delays or delivery issues caused by incorrect addresses.   
  
  

Cash on Delivery (COD)

• We offer Cash on Delivery for domestic orders.
• ₹150 for CoD orders

International Orders: Customs, Duties, and Taxes

• International orders may be subject to import duties, taxes, and other fees levied by the destination country.

Lost or Damaged Packages

• If your package is lost or arrives damaged, please contact us within 3 days of the delivery date with your order number and details.
• Please provide an unboxing video or photos of the damaged item/packaging if possible.
